Gym Rules 

 

NO SHOES ON MATS

 

All Kickboxing/Boxing classes will be taught barefooted. The only shoes permissible are wrestling/boxing shoes 

For hand wrap help please show up at least 15 minutes before the start of class. Coaches will not be able to help wrap once class begins. If you are late, Google is your friend :)

Bring water bottle and towel. We sell multiple drink options at the FTP Kitchen if you're in need!

No slamming or dropping weights at any time 

Re rack your weights and clean up machines when you're done using them

Bring gym towel, Boxing/MMA gloves and hand wraps (if desired)

Gloves will be provided for your first time!

 

Outside water bottle is acceptable, but absolutely no glass containers

You are responsible for your own heart rate and heart rate monitor

Help clean a station after every workout

Absolutely zero arguing/fighting will be tolerated
